Johnnie passionately and professionally identifies and provides gateways to professional consulting and marketplace solutions. Johnnie is a devoted family man and an ordained Elder of the Church of God In Christ. Originally from Tyler, TX, he graduated from Texas College and later pursued dual Master's Degrees in Religious Psychology and Christian Music. Johnnie has served as a spiritual care coordinator and chaplain in various healthcare settings and currently works with Amedisys Hospice in Newnan, GA. As an active community organizer and educator, he is the National Director of Christian Education for Integrity Fellowship of Christian Churches. Additionally, he serves as a Biblical Studies facilitating professor at the Apex School of Theology and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at North Central University. Lavell Watson, a Chicago, Illinois native, was greatly influenced by his family and the spiritual atmosphere surrounding him throughout his early years. Deeply immersed in the church, he developed a love for his heritage and music. His family encouraged that love which led to a career in the music industry. The quest for hot music led him to find an outlet through his turntables (a gift from his father). DJ ?JIHAAD? created a major buzz for himself at the early age of sixteen. He landed a deal which caused him to be known as the first Chicago hip-hop DJ on a major record deal. He had the pleasure and privilege to work and record with major artists and tour with DeLa Soul. He has also done shows with major artists throughout the country and has appeared on ?Yo MTvRaps? with TWISTA. He worked as a tour DJ for Epic, Warner Brothers, Universal and BMG/Loud Records.
