AKATHA is the ancient science of Sahaji meaning the phrase "Soul Travel" in English. AKATHA is the most ancient with that distinction making this teaching the orirginal Sahaji one. Each week, we explore the teaching giving important fundamentals for usage in our daily lives. Two salient parts are the essence of man is Soul, the Light and Sound current one can experience, and to practice a daily thirty minute exercise called "contemplation,"
