He received a BBA in Economics from Baylor University in 1998. In 2005, he earned an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Over his professional career, Joe has worked at Deloitte Consulting and is currently at Dell Computer. In the corporate world he has a proven track record for reducing waste, increasing productivity, and delivering results. He is eager to bring these skills to Washington.
