Kat has created a series of “Self Empowerment and Growth” workshops. On April 25, 2010 at 4:00 p.m., to sunset Kat is facilitating a guided beach meditation. On May 20, 2010 at 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Kat is teaching a Self Love Workshop. Kat believes that one should reawaken the truth, wisdom and power already inside of us. She further believes in embracing our innate vibrations of enthusiasm, joy, love and peace. Kat will discuss the importance to feeling empowered to live the best version of our life while staying true to ourselves. Kat will take us on a 60 minute journey wherein we open our hearts to endless love that surrounds us while creating compassion and forgiveness of self and others!
