A little over 170 years ago, Liberia, a small country on the West Coast of Africa declared its independence. At that time, amidst popular colonial rule in Africa, the small state made of natives and returning settlers from the United States rallied internal support and inspired the local cooperation needed to declare  its independence. Modern Political Pundits have always questioned the significance of such move; analyzing whether the country was fully capable to governed itself before taking such a massive step. Today, we review the burden and promise of such decision, while providing thoughtful recommendations on how progress can be expanded and fully sustained. This is the Leading Change Revolution!
