My scheduled guests are -Tanya Roane, principal I am an innovative, driven, and visionary instructional leader with over twelve (12) years of teaching and administrative experience. In July of 2008, I was hired in Richmond City Public School System as the principal of Thomas Jefferson High School. In fact, I am the first African American woman to hold this position in the school’s history. and -Terrell Strayhorn, PhD Dr. Terrell Strayhorn is Associate Professor of Higher Education in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies; Special Assistant to the Provost in the Office of the Provost; and Adjunct Professor of Sociology in the Department of Sociology. He has primary teaching responsibilities in both the master’s College Student Personnel program and the doctoral Higher Education Administration program. In addition, he is Director and Founder of the Center for Higher Education Research and Policy (CHERP). Dr. Strayhorn is principal author of a widely-used book titled, Frameworks for Assessing Learning and Development Outcomes (2006). You don't want to miss this show!
