Leadership Lessons with Life Coach and Consultant Dr. Milondra Coleman provides listeners with thought-provoking, action-inspiring tips and strategies that propel them to new heights in their areas of leadership! Dr. Milondra Coleman is an inspiring and delightful educator, who has been changing lives through her dynamic teaching, coaching and writing, for several years. She completed her undergraduate work at Duke University, and holds the following advanced degrees: a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law; a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University; a Master of Arts in Christian Education; a Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio; and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Mary Baldwin College. Additionally, she has received training in clinical pastoral education at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Coleman is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society and was inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, the International Education Honor Society in 2008. Outside of the classroom, Dr. Coleman pursues her love of entrepreneurship, writing and singing. In 2007 she founded Equipping Them to Lead, a leadership development company, which is committed to equipping people to do exploits through consulting/coaching, teaching/workshops & seminars, worship/devotion and preaching/motivational speaking. Additionally, Dr. Coleman is the author of three books: Equipping Them to Lead, which chronicles some of the experiences that Dr. Coleman has gained in young adult leadership and mentoring; and Love Letters, a collection of prayers and testimonies and the soon-to-be-released BLACK OWNED: How the Integration of Public Accommodations Affected Black Businesses in Richmond, Virginia. In the fall of 2007, Dr. Coleman recorded her first CD, “Worship with Milondra”, and she is currently working on her second CD, “Still Worshipping”.

Raymond E. Foster was a sworn member of the Los Angeles Police Department for 24 years. He retired in 2003 at the rank of Lieutenant. He holds a bachelor’s from the Union Institute and University in Criminal Justice Management and a Master’s Degree in Public Financial Management from California State University, Fullerton. He has completed his doctoral studies in business research. Raymond is a graduate of the West Point Leadership program and has attended law enforcement, technology and leadership programs such as the National Institute for Justice, Technology Institute, Washington, DC. Raymond has been a part-time lecturer at California State University, Fullerton and is currently a faculty advisor and chair of the Criminal Justice Program at the Union Institute and University. Raymond is an experienced author who has published numerous articles in a wide range of venues. He has appeared on the History Channel and radio programs in the United States and Europe as subject matter expert in technological applications in law enforcement. His first book, Police Technology is used in over 100 colleges and universities nationwide. His latest book, Leadership: Texas Hold ‘em Style has been adopted by several universities and has been well received in the wider market.

Elder Travell Travis was born January 17, 1978, in Martinsville, Virginia, to Cassandra Johnson Travis and the late Perry Anglin Travis. During his early years, Elder Travis came to the knowledge of God at the Saint James Holiness Church in Fieldale, Virginia, under the leadership of the late Bishop James T. Agnew, Sr. In May 2000, Elder Travis graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in History and African American Studies, and a minor in Religious Studies. In May 2003, Elder Travis graduated from Howard University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. On November 1, 2005, Elder Travis opened the Law Office of Travell Travis, P.C.; a general practice law firm based in Hampton, Virginia. The law firm represents local residents, churches, civic organizations, and small businesses in matters such as business law, church law, entertainment law, and criminal law. In addition to having his own law practice, Elder Travis is employed at the Hampton University School of Business as an assistant dean and professor of entrepreneurship and business law. On December 30, 2006, Elder Travis married the former Sherina D. Mason (granddaughter of Bishop John and Mother Cecilia Williams) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He and his wife currently reside in Hampton, Virginia. In 2008, Dr. Travis co-founded with his wife, Ambassadors for Christ Ministries, Inc. The mission of AFC is to declare and demonstrate the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world through education, evangelism, and service to the community.
