Jim Wideman is an internationally recognized voice in children’s and family ministry. He is a much sought after speaker, teacher, author, personal leadership coach, and minister who has over 30 years experience in helping churches thrive. Having served for 17 years at Church on the Move in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jim understands what it takes to grow dynamic, relevant ministries to people of all ages. Along with overseeing one of America’s largest children’s ministries, Jim has also held various other positions giving him a background in almost every area of the local church and Christian school. He has successfully trained hundreds of thousands of children’s ministry leaders from all denominations and sizes of congregations in conferences and seminars around the world. Jim currently serves as Associate Pastor at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, TN where he oversees the next generation and family ministries. Jim’s life mission, which he is passionate about, is to build strong leaders in the local church--leaderswho love their people, love their pastors, and who want to accomplish their God-given purpose for being placed on this earth. His desire is to spend the rest of his life imparting what he has learned to the next generation of children’s and youth ministers, and investing in their success.
