Sheila Pierson, Training Manager for Cobb Vantress, Inc., has used the Path Elements Profile and the Four Elements Team Process within Cobb Vantress for the past four years. She supports all team members, domestic and international, by providing professional development opportunities. The current development aim is to address company culture and assist team members in identifying their "perfect" fit in this culture. Sheila is a community involvement addict.
