LNL - females && their EGOS (meet&&greet the new co-host)

Talking to fans and letting the fans know everything that's happened with LNC, what we have planned for everyone at this point, and meeting the new co host for LNL also .. What do you consider having a big ego is? do you think its a bad thing? Why/Why Not? Have you ever been put in a situation were a person has a big ego? if so, how did you go about handle that? and if not, how would you handle that type of situation?
