Yes, exercising your rights to speak freely, but YOU should know what the rules are and how it can affect others. Understanding Gossiping versus News facts...What  is REAL News....Does it destroy one's character.....Does it destroy someone's home? Now, if there is truth to someone's life, understand that once a Gossip investigation begins, that it will come back to hunt you!
