My guest will be Stephen Sheehan, small business owner and founder of "Wake Up Eugene" a non-partisan group of small business owners looking for solutions to lawless aspect of our homeless crisis. I will also be participating in the official groundbreaking ceremony of The Commons on MLK, a 51 bed facility for housing and case management of our most chronically homeless. We will be taking calls during the show.
