As we move through life there are moments or experiences we would rather forget—the demons of our past where we might have lied or betrayed someone or betrayed ourselves. In the willingness to stop and meet these demons, especially the demon of our own physical death, it is possible for you to discover directly what is in you, free of you, and is you—the presence that is free of every demon, contained in every demon, and can never be touched by death.
