Zenity’s movements are all body-weight driven, and are analogous to dance, as they are pervaded by the elements of rhythm and spontaneity. The set of movements strengthen the body, imparts correct posture and stamina, maintain overall body coordination, develop core strength, and bring about relaxation and rejuvenation to the whole body. This program allows men to exercise muscles used in romantic situations that rarely get used, but in those special situations. “We want to teach men that they can do two things at once get in great shape and become better lovers,” said Montique Stephon with Zenity Fitness.
