Are doctors paid to push meds and vaccines?

I have some articles about doctors who are highly paid to give out medications? Do they do this with vaccines as well? Do you feel pressured to get a vaccine even if you already have an immune compromised child? Who does this put at risk? Are you sacraficing your family for the "greater good"?
