Texas Southern University's men's basketball program is no stranger to the NCAA Tournament. In fact, head coach Mike Davis says getting there is an expectation, not just a hope. Joining Davis and the men's Tiger team in the Big Dance this week is the women's team making it's first appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

The Houston Rockets have won their past three games after losing two in a row prior.  The Lakers fall to 1-9 since All-Star break as they lost 100-139 to the home team. What's next for the Lakers? Apparently the draft. As for the Rockets, they are looking to hold on to the 3-seed in the west, but as they say.... time will tell.

There always seems to be big news out of Washington, D.C., this week but the healthcare debate tops my list of important topics to be abreast of. Let me say this.... it's really aggravating and even offensive for lamakers to talk about milions of people losing coverage is better than the current alternative. Nah...not buying that one. Tune in today for a real discussion about the issues facing many Americans and feel free to share your perspective as well.

And last but not least, the Houston Texans made big news last week when they traded QB Brock Osweiler to the Clevand Browns. You could hear a collective sigh of relief and rejoicing form Texas fans all across the land. Now, let's see what GM Rick Smith and Head Coach Bill O'Brien.
