Presidential created stress; NBA halfway mark - ESPN's Calvin Watkins joins us

The political pitch of the Donald Trump presidency is cotinuing to create an environment of anxiety. Many people, from all parties talk about the stress of the ongoing chaos and rhetoric. In fact, some are breaking up with others on their social media platforms. What can we do to manage the tensions in our own circles? We'll talk about that.

It's the midpoint of the NBA season... ESPN's Calvin Watkins joins us live to talk all things NBA in particular the Houston Rockets. Head coach Mike D'Antoni is fine with the roster staying pat but  Rockets GM Daryl Morey is undoubtedly working the phones before the Feb. 23 NBA trade deadline.

As the Texans make it clear their off season priority is an upgrade at the QB position, a local QB is trying to get one more shot.Vince Young has hired agent Leigh Steinberg. Steinberg tweeted that Young "has dream of playing more football, being role model."
