When we look at sports headlines many of think the final scores are primarily based on the physical dominance and superiority of the winners. That’s true in theory and clearly in part, but to really win at a high level consistency requires a certain state of mind and focus. I like to call it mental toughness and awareness and that all starts with individuals being good with whom they are.
