Kevin describes how in a matter of days formed a 150 person project team to develope capability to offer to business customers and new accounts the Payroll Protection benefits of the Federal CARES Act.  This is a program available to companies with less than 500 employees, as of today, the first checks had been issued, $600 million in loans for 2,000 businesses are in process, "Being a Community Bank and Nimble has advantages".
