RFB Radio ~ Apologizing to the Enemy

Our Military personnel volunteer to put themselves in harms way, sometimes for multiple deployments, in order to ensure harm's way does not reach the very people they have taken an Oath to protect. What happens when an "enemy combatant" is encountered? They take action and remove the threat. BUT, more and more, we see our Soldiers facing criminal charges for doing just that.
