OPPOSITION councillors have hit out after discovering Dudley Council is considering accepting a £325,000 out of court settlement offer from Dudley Muslim Association for the land earmarked for a new mosque. This is undemocratic and wrong! Once again Muslim associations are forcing their own agenda.
