RFB ~ Is the Koran Hate Speech "Literature?"

Like Mein Kampf was outlawed, a similar book has been offered up for consideration ~ the Koran. 

Hate speech?  Incitement to violence?  Sounds like it to us, but moslems would have to disagree.

Why would moslem not consider this to be hate speech?  How is it that we can post these quotes with full certainty that CAIR won't be contacting the media with wild-eyed accusations of Islamophobia?
