The Other 1 Percent

Good Monday afternoon.  I'm figuring out a format and will be introducing it as we progress through the week.  Today we're going to address The Other 1 Percent and the idea that many are considering leaving the rat race for a more simple, basic, literally "down to earth" existence.

Since I've been doing it for a few years now, I'll share my perspective, areas of success and a few trials and errors you may be able to avoid.

In the words of Mark Twain, we need to learn from other's mistakes, we won't live long enough to make them all ourselves.
