School violence and our children's safety in schools are being compromised. Gang activity, bullying, and peer-pressure based crimes are on the rise in the sanctity of schools and the fight against crimes is becoming harder than ever. The communication between parents and the school officials are badly broken and are a major contributing factor to this serious problem. In a follow-up to our leadership segment, the roles of the primary leaders in our children's lives must be re-established so that the pressure on our community leaders can be strong enough to make some progress in the right direction. Our individual roles are crucial to the team goal...saving our children.
