RR&P: Spiritual Blindness

Have you ever met someone who is spiritually blind? To be spiritually blind means that the person is incapable of understanding or comprehending the truth of the Word of God. These are people who deny Christ and refuse to accept the true message of the Gospel. 2 Corinthians 4:4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. On the other hand, there are others who have accepted Christ but can’t tell the difference between the true Word of God and the false teachings. These people have chosen to follow a man’s word rather than God’s. 1 Timothy 4:1 But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines.
