Memorial to Gale Chester Whittington

Tonight's show is dedicated to celebrating the life of Gale Chester Whittington, beloved and much-missed curator of the Adam Lambert Fan Club on Facebook. This unofficial international fan page grew organically over the past four years, reaching over 40,000 likes, thanks in large part to Gale's tireless, 24/7 updates about every factoid, photo and breaking news story about Adam Lambert.

We were very sad to learn that there was no funeral for Gale. He had no surviving family members and lived alone. But he had thousands of friends around the world with whom he chatted daily via social media and phone, so it seemed appropriate to hold a memorial for him via the Internet, the medium through which we all connected with Gale. We invite friends and fans of Gale share readings, music and stories about him.
