How Many Times Are We Going to Watch Unarmed Civilians Gunned Down by Islamic Terrorists?

There was Charlie Hebdo, the January 7th attack by Islamic fundamentalists on the French newspaper in Paris.  Then the attacks in Copenhagen, one person was killed, and two others injured, in a shooting near a Copenhagen synagogue, just hours after a gunman with an automatic rifle opened fire on a cafe hosting a free speech event organized by a controversial Swedish artist who has faced threats for his caricatures of Muhammad.  Now we’re being warned of a possible Islamic terrorist attack on the Mall of America; but, no guns allowed there.
