A chance meeting recently at my 1st Annual Soul Sister Sweetheart Saturday before the Super Bowl gave me the opportunity to meet Soul Writer Roxanne Carter. I had invited a few friends to bring a friend who needed pampering because I needed the unwind myself. Roxanne came at the invitation of her mother who was a guest of my neighbor.
