Asthma is a condition in which a person's airways become inflamed, narrow and swell, and produce extra mucus, which makes it hard to breathe. You can help asthma by balancing pH and improving lymph flow. When you see swelling in the bronchi or in a part of the body, often it has to do with a congested lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a tiny network of vessels and nodes that help to reabsorb cellular waste, fluid, fats and other debris from the body. By balancing the pH of the body you can help improve lymph flow to reduce inflammation and swelling in the lungs.
