The first “small trampoline” was created by Ed Russell in 1938, it was Victor Green, who patented the “small trampoline” in 1975. Since that time millions have learned how rebounding can improve your lymphatic system and health. The rebounder is a great way to get low-impact exercise. A rebounder can be especially useful to improve circulation and detoxification when you are healing after a trauma or surgery. Gently bouncing on a rebounder can help to improve lymph flow in the body and brain. It is best to start rebounding off slow and don't over do it.  You want to be well hydrated when rebounding to help avoid a detox reaction of a headache or digestive problems. Rebounding has been shown to help weight loss.
