Prepare a time management list for each day. It will encourage you to work harder to achieve your goal.  Prioritize your list  according to the "need to accomplish". Tackle each item with enthusiasm. Outside issues will become a factor. When you cannot follow your plan, don't get discouraged.  Simply add today's leftover task to tomorrows time management list. You have maintained control as you build self-esteem. This how you achieve daily goal as you work to reach your Job goals. By managing your time properly you can realistically evaluate your goals and determine if there need to be changes in your goals. Follow through and decide what stays and what goes.
