Lisa Ascolese, AKA "The Inventress”, has spent 25+ years marketing and patenting products that sell in national retail stores and channels such as QVC and HSN. Her interest sparked as a child, and since then she’s been inventing her own successful products and launching others.

As a struggling inventor, Lisa had no resources when she started on her path to what’s now an interactive and supportive online community. Understanding the difficulties of inventing and entrepreneurship, she founded The Association Of Women Inventors And Entrepreneurs, "AOWIE", a non-profit organization and program designed to help women inventors and entrepreneurs reach their goals through mentorship and financial guidance. It’s all about giving back. AOWIE is a musically inspired conference that elicits sisterly love and a lifetime of friendships while also making great business connections.
