Why do we follow?

Do you remember being a little kid and finding new ways to do things everyday?  Do you rememer picking up a toy and playing for hours?  Did you make mud pies?  Did you dress-up dolls?  Tear-apart or build model cars?  Did you go camping and learn about nature?  What did you do that did not require following another human being and how did that feel?  Does feeling good matter to you?  Does it really feel natural to follow another person at work or in play?  Did you want to be first at anything when you were little?  What might that tell you about yourself?  Do you really believe in any higher power or were you taught to follow?  Sail the ship!
