"With passing into this New Year and the end of season traditions finally over, life grows. January's first week of stock piled holiday remembrance were put aside or discarded not to be seen till next time. While in my travels here and there I noticed dumpsters, trash cans, and also along side streets; dying poinsettias in abundance. Having rescued two from uncertain disposal, I nurtured them back to healthy glows of red. The beauty that they now reflect fills my heart with warmth and compassion. Without tradition how many can be as beautiful if given an opportunity to thrive? My poinsettias continue and live, growing beautifully when once were discarded without thought. Love brings life and Hope of further existence in all living things. "
