We just completed an intense bike ride down a mountain, but not just any mountain - this is the famous Mount Carmel! If you think that yesterday's 3 hour hike was difficult you have obviously never done this activity.
Soon we will see the famous cave of Eliyahu Hanavi (Elijah the Prophet).
After lunch we are going to see the city of Haifa and do a little shopping.
