Michael Lejeune, creative director for Metro in Los Angeles, is one of the most recognized 'creative thinkers' of late. Metro’s creative services group creates all things visual for the nation’s third-largest transit agency, including advertising, wayfinding and environmental graphics, timetables, maps, fare media and customer information, bus and rail fleet design, websites and merchandising. Since 2002, Metro has been honored with some 80 design awards and inclusions, including recognition from the American Public Transit Association (APTA), the Public Relations Society of America and AIGA, where Metro’s work is in the national Design Archives. Ask yourself why a guy would wear a dress to a funeral then listen in as Michael tells us and shares so much more! ---------- Talk Story ('olelo Kama'ilio) is the casual yet deliberate sharing of ideas and opinions, stories and history. It is two or more people taking time out of the day to slow down and talk. This is what good friends do on a lazy Kona day, just get together and talk story. Talk Story with Jeni is a series of weekly conversations with old friends and new. It’s a chance to share the backstory of folks in the design industry, people who inspire us because they took life to the next level and made something rockin’ cool of it. Join me and allow me to invite you into the conversation!
