Ron Paul Does Politics the Better Way

The article cited here speaks about Congressman Ron Paul and the potential that he might negotiate with his political rivals.  That is wonderful.  Negotiation is the art of politics.  Negotiation means talking to and with your rivals and not merely shouting at them. Negotiation means that the participants are listening to each other and are willing to give away a little here if the other person will also give away a little.  It means that instead of a statemate where nothing is accomplished, there can be progress where something is actually done.  Congressman Ron Paul is considering ways in which he can affect real change within the USA government- change not based on winner takes all but change based on reasonable political philosophical discussion of what America should be. I hope that he is successful in gaining credance for many of his excellent ideas.
