Michael Anthony may have been a typical 17 year old destined to serve in the military, but after completion of his duty, he became the youngest war veteran to write a book about his experiences and the stories behind the scenes during the Iraq War. The book, Mass Casualties - a Young Medic's True Stories of Death, Deception and Dishonor in Iraq, takes a look behind the scenes and into the dark secrets and cover-ups that some may not want to know... But that's not all. Since authoring the book, this straight medic turned to the internet to help spread the word regarding the absurdity of the military's Don't Ask Don't Tell policy by sending articles to various news and blogs explaining that all of his gay friends are in the military - they are there already, why make them serve in silence.
