     Today on the COOL CRITICS we have two guests.  One recently elected commissioner HOWARD SPENCE, we'll talk politics - and other world order, Howard Spence is also the father of Tee Spence, KINGS IN THE MORNING and GLASS HOUSE host.  Mr Spence has already been on the KINGS IN THE MORNING SHOW, so this should be very informative and eye-opening.
