I taught on Judges 6-8, and focused on being appreciative of the efforts of those who have done something on our behalf, on gratefulness for what God has done in our lives, and making sure to continue to live a kind of life that makes good on these efforts... Too quickly, the efforts of many have no successors. Let's live lives that do those efforts justice. THIS WAS A REALLY GOOD, STRONG MESSAGE: A LITTLE BIT OF A SLOW START, BUT AFTER FIRST FEW MINUTES, I GET IT GOING.

WE WILL SEEK TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING... WHAT IS "THAT DAY"? WHERE DOES THE WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH TAKE PLACE? WHY DOES IT TAKE PLACE? WHOSE TEETH WILL BE GNASHING, AND WHO WILL WEEP? WHEN WILL IT TAKE PLACE AND FOR WHAT PERIOD OF TIME?

    "Imagine": Looking at the message of Heaven and Hell

    Imagine if there were "no Hell below us." How would we feel about this? Would it change our perception of God? What about or perception of our need to evangelize.... I imagine I would be less apt to be concerned about people coming to know Christ... UNLESS IT HIT ME THAT IT IS QUITE CLEAR THAT WITHOUT BELIEVING IN HIM, THERE IS NO PROMISE OF ETERNAL LIFE IN THE PRESENCE OF A GLORIOUS GOD, IN A PLACE CALLED HEAVEN. WHETHER IT'S A MESSAGE OF BEING SPARED FROM HELL, OR A MESSAGE OF HOPE OF HEAVEN, THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSS MUST GO FORTH. HE DIDN'T DIE FOR NOTHING.
