Most times we have too lead by example until we move toward our health in the future but when will it end until you learn the abcs of health?
A is start drinking water
B is even though nobody else starts you start
c I know it hurts but guess what if you want to continue to be healthy it also starts with your mouth as well with affirmations
We say we're health but we entertain deadly thoughts we do things that are a bit crazy and then we want to claim health!
