we as a people don't want to go to the hospital because of pills but sometimes it helps us feel better 

Pills are the enemy but i like to go when i really don't have a choice not when i just was stupid in my choice

How or when will you start making the right move 

how will you push past yourself and get to the meat of the problem and start to eat more healthy 

Healthy is a choice and sometimes you don't have a decision
