Whether or not one agrees with the Medical Marijuana continuing debate in Michigan, one fact that can't be deputed is that in 2008, state voters’ overwhelmly voted in favor to allow use of the controlled substance of Marijuana for individuals with certain medical conditions.

In 2012, despite the will of Michigan voters, Medical Marijuana patients experienced a return back to prohibition type tactics.

With such, ROJS Radio is pleased to welcome Charmie Gholson, Communications Director of a Committee for a Safer Michigan. Ms. Gholson will discuss her group effort have a Nov. 6, 2012 ballot initiative ending Marijuana prohibition in Michigan.
