Home Buyers Survey and Home Renovations

Michael Micheletti, Director of Corporate Communications at Unison Home Ownership Investors, discusses the results of the home buying survey including some statistics which states that of nearly half of those surveyed, saving for a down payment is the biggest barrier to home ownership.

In fact, 1 in 5 (22%) potential home buyers would be willing to give up the right to vote for a 10% down payment if they knew they weren’t going to have to pay it back ever.
