Lucie Knapp has over 20 years in personal training, motivation,coaching and counseling in the weight loss industry. Mrs. Knapp worked for over 8 years with Duke Diet and Fitness Center as a Program Coordinator of the Lifestyle Coaching. She conducted workshops and on-going classes in house as well as in the community. Knapp provided on-going supervision for coaches based elsewhere in the country affiliated with the DFC online Program. She understands about a busyschedule because she personally handled a caseload of 80-100 coaching/therapy clients ongoing, having worked with over 1000 individuals over the last 8 years. In previous years before working with Duke Diet and Fitness Center she acquired experience in health clubs and weight loss centers nurturing her passion to facilitate motivation within an individual. Lucie Knapp’s passion for motivation blended with her training experience produced a great formula for her newest venture…. Commit2Self!
