We applaud President Obama who referred to those who monitored, tracked, & targeted their fellow citizens with information & communication technology as “Digital Guns for Hire” & these are “grave human rights abuses.”  Will other National Leaders confess & repent of their national sins, as well as, their personal sins like Ugandan President Museveni?
