Dean Tong is a false allegations trial expert and child abuse expert, he is also an internationally known family rights and certified forensic consultant on child abuse, domestic violence, and child custody cases.

Dean Tong holds a Master of Science Degree in Child Forensic Studies in psychology and the law (2006) as well as a Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Portsmouth/Leeds in the UK.

Dean qualifies as an expert in false child abuse accusations cases under Federal Rule of Evidence 702 and he does work Iowa cases. There is no one in Iowa who does what Dean does though iowa's laws have instigated scores of false reports of abuse to be entered into court records.
