Children and Violence Within Our Communities

This is an epidemic which needs to be addressed immediately. Kids are killing kids in our communities at an alarming rate. What is the cause of this violence? Does environment play a part? Is it the music they’re listening to? Is it the lack of a parent? By end of the day at least 16 kids will be killed at the hands of another child. We have to fix this!
