Ever ran yourself a hot bath, lit a candle, poured a glass of your favorite adult beverage and just relaxed. Many of us do not know how to give in to some of our body’s most basic needs-- good nutrition, the right amount of rest, especially the need to de-stress. As a result of not listening to our bodies, we incur various types of long term and short-term harms. This episode will focus on the burnout feeling that life sometimes brings us, and what common and/or unique strategies can be put into place to reduce our own harm.
