Two weeks ago the nation was once again forced to come to grips with another senseless act of mass gun violence. A lone gunman opened fire on a packed movie theater audience killing 12 and wounding 58 in the Denver suburb of Aurora, CO.
In this episode we recount the events of the shooting, give some background on the gunman, James Holmes and give commentary on the debate surrounding gun violence, gun laws and the epidemic of mass shootings in the US.
